These terms apply when you use mysterydare.com or buy from us. By placing an order, you're agreeing to them.

Mystery Dare is operated by Mystery Dare LLC, 8026 Forestview Lane North, Maple Grove, MN 55369. You can reach us at info@mysterydare.com.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship. If we can't fulfil an order — because something is out of stock, or a price or description was wrong — we'll let you know and refund you in full.
We may cancel orders where we suspect fraud or a pricing error.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and may change, though changes never affect an order you've already placed. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't see or store your full card details.
Age
Mystery Dare is recommended for ages 17 and up. You must be at least 18 to place an order.
Returns
Returns are covered by our Refunds & Returns policy, which gives you 30 days from delivery.
Our content
The Mystery Dare name, logo, card designs, photography, and site content belong to us. You're welcome to share and link to them; please don't reproduce or resell them without asking.
Using the site
Please don't try to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site, and don't use it for anything unlawful.
Liability
We provide the site as-is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is whichever was published when you placed your order, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.
