We want you to enjoy Mystery Dare. If it isn't right for you, you can return it within 30 days.
30-day returns
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. To be eligible, the game should be in the condition you received it — it's fine to have opened the box and looked through the cards, but we can't accept a deck that's been damaged, written on, or is missing pieces.
How to start a return
Email info@mysterydare.com with your order number and a short note about what went wrong. We'll reply with return instructions. Please don't send anything back before you hear from us — we may be able to sort it out without a return at all.
Return shipping
If the game arrived damaged, faulty, or we sent the wrong thing, we cover return shipping and we'll make it right.
If you simply changed your mind, return shipping is at your own cost.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and we've checked it over, we'll refund you to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Original shipping was free, so there's nothing to deduct there.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order turns up damaged or isn't what you ordered, email info@mysterydare.com within 30 days with a photo. We'll replace it or refund you — your choice — and you won't be out of pocket.
Order cancellations
Orders usually ship within one business day, so there's a short window to cancel. Email us as soon as you can and we'll cancel it if it hasn't gone out yet. If it has, treat it as a return.
